Türkiye'ye yaptığımız son gezide tüm nezaketiniz ve siz ve ekibinizin ailemize gösterdiği büyük ilgi için teşekkür etmek için yazıyorum. Gezimizi çok rahat ve keyifli bir deneyim haline getiren mürettebata lütfen en içten şükranlarımızı iletin.
Gerçek şu ki, tüm düzenlemelerden ve her birinizden aldığımız hizmetten bu kadar memnun olamazdık.
Birlikte daha fazla iş yapabileceğimizi umuyorum, bu yüzden lütfen bana elinizdeki herhangi bir literatürü gönderin ve size bazı sorular göndereceğim, böylece yakın gelecekte bazı geziler düzenlemeye çalışalım.

The communal space round the dining table and the relaxing area at the back of the boat really worked well for us.
The chef and the food he prepared every day was outstanding.
We had some difficulty communicating with the captain as he couldn’t speak much English. He was also reluctant to take us to any Greek islands which was disappointing as it is what we had originally requested. He eventually agreed to dock on 2 Greek islands. His reluctance may have been because the 3rd crew member did not have a passport so he was unable to conform to the legal port requirements.
Some comments for improvements would be to upgrade the rubber duck (it was taking on water and the motor was not functioning well) and the canoe (it was also taking on water so we could not use it), and we would have preferred to have extra flippers and goggles.
Overall it was a fabulous holiday and we would consider doing it again!

it's nice to hear from you!
I only have good comments to give, everything was wonderful!
We spent a very good too short cruise with Esser, his wife and son.
We had a wonderful time. They always made us feel very comfortable. Esser always explain the plan of the day showing me on the map what we were going to visit. He chose the best spots according to the strong wind during part of the trip.
His wife is very nice as well and an excellent cook. She always made fresh food in abundant quantity. We really enjoyed the food and they made us discover that in Turkey you have tea time so around 5pm we had tea with cake and cookies.
I have to say that we saw beautiful places and bays. The gullet was really pretty and well kept. Each of us had his own room with bathroom and we absolutely loved the front area with the relaxing area with comfortable cushions.
The transportation was very well organized, I didn't have to think about anything.
I hope we'll be able in the future to arrange an other cruise may be for a week this time.
We absolutely loved it.
I want to thank you Erkan to put all this together for us and for always be available and very quick in your response.

Everything was even better than we dreamed it would be!
Your service and helpfulness was excellent!
The Gulet was more than perfectly appointed. I can not think of a single thing you could do to improve the Gulet! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we could think of.
The crew was awesome! They attended to our every need with smiles and efficiency. We loved them!
The food was outstanding - a good 10/10. It was delicious and plentiful. It was varied and well prepared and beautifully presented. The chef was great!
We loved the route we went on. I am not sure if it was exactly what we chose but it was perfect anyway.
I would recommend your agency and Gulet to anybody who wants to do a cruise in Turkey or Greece. In fact , I am meeting a friend tomorrow who wants to do a similar trip next year and wants all my details. Can you give me a few details : is Ariva Yachting an agency? Or do you own the gulets you use? My friend just did a similar trip with an agency and said they were much more expensive than our trip. That is why she wants your contact details.
Anyway thank you for everything! We absolutely loved our holiday!

Dear Sirribir;
We would say that in the overall our journey was a success.
The crew´s attitude and professionalism was much appreciated. They were all very kind, dedicated and always ready to help us.
The boat quality was in line with our expectations, being the outside area better when compared to the interior (cabins, toilets and living area).
The chosen route was a major sucess.We loved the different bays, ports and general landscape of all journey.
The food was a very good surprise although the first days were better than the last two days. The chef is excellent…good choice.
As minor remarks we could suggest;
- One of the crew members should be available during the meals (after serving, the crew was having its own meal, leaving then the guests with no immediate service) – Nevertheless, they were always quite aware of all of our eventual need for further service and would make themselves immediately available whenever necessary.
- Too old ou damaged equipment, such as the swim glasses, the ski equipment and other minor facilities
- The small motor boat (dingy)which had a bad performance on the 4th night, could have been a major problem, fortunately was solved.
As a conclusion, the group was unanimously in rating the trip as a major success.
We will definitely recommend your firm to our friends.

We have had on Oguzbey a wonderful holiday. All the staff, from the captain to the crew, have been very nice. Our children have enjoyed their holiday a lot. We have relaxed and see beautiful places. I also know that you have been very kind with us and organize everything in a perfect way. You have also made for us a very good offer, for which I thank you again.
